Production Strategy

I will be going along the Milwaukee lakefront near North Beach. This area reminds me of the Racine lakefront where I spent so much time earlier in the year.

I will try and keep my two strategies from Trek 02 on this Trek. That is, using images of shadows and objects moving in the wind.

As far as sound goes, I’m not sure what I can use to present a contrast of what my images are, but I will be listening to everything around me and try and find a way to use it.

10 Questions

As I approach Trek 03, I will keep these questions in mind:

1. Can I find more interesting moving shadows?
2. Where can I find shadows cast on top of two different surfaces?
3. Can I find a shadow that changes the appearance of what it is cast on top of?
4. Where can I get a hollow sound like in a cave?
5. How can I try to capture sounds that are relevant to my video?
6. What kind of unique images can I capture on camera?
7. Can I find stairs that twist around?
8. Where can I get low shots of interesting shadows?
9. Can I take multiple images of different shadow lengths?
10. How can I show wind speeds picking up and slowing down?

Trek Assesment 4

My favorite thing on these Treks was the whole incident with the tiger. It really brought me back to my childhood when I took trips to the zoo with my parents. I hadn’t been to the zoo in such a long time; I appreciated these animals much more now that I was older. Just watching him roar, walk around, and play with his big red ball made for a great day altogether.
